exchange failure after 4.3.3 cydia jailbreak

Hi I have recently jailbroken my iphone on 4.3.3 using Cydia. Everything is working well except i can't access my work email account using exchange. when i try to access the my email an error pops up saying "cannot get mail connection to the server failed."

i have tried retyping in my mail account password etc but nothing is working is there a way of fixing this?

Please help!!!!:confused::confused::confused:
