Long time lurker, first time poster. Just curious if anyone has exchanged their 5 for a different size? Ordered a 32gb after having the same size in the 4 and 4s, but I've realized I'm suddenly needing more space. What was the process, did you make a Genius Bar appointment? Or just walk in with your boxed up phone?

Just take your phone the way you received it to an apple store and return it. If they have stock of the size you want buy it again. The trick is if they have it in stock. You may want to call ahead.

In the UK exchanges/returns can be only be processed in place of purchase. For example if you buy from a retail store it can only be retuned to a retail store, same for the online.

Your going to have to send it back. If you ordered online you have to return online. In store you can do warranty work but for a regular return you have to send it back to Apple.
