Exchange iPod Shuffle 1GB for 20GB iPod?

A mate has offered his 20GB 1st generation (I think) iPod for my 1GB Shuffle.

He reckons its battery life is maybe down to 5 hours but other than that it works fine.

Do you think this is a good deal?

go for it, you can buy a replacement 20 hour battery from OWC.
