Exchange Notes not Sync'ing - Error in iTunes?

My Notes from Exchange are not syncing (I am using MobileMe) and I am receiving the following error when launching iTunes - not sure if they are related - HELP!

Error Message: "iTunes was unable to load dataclass information from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later."

Reconnecting does not help?
