I have been fighting this problem for a week. Involved my companies Admins and worked with MS. Originally it was both Outlook and Teams but I fixed Teams by throwing away the Teams folder ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams. I have tried everything to reinstall Outlook but no luck.

Here was the resolution from MS that I shared with my Admins:

Hi Scott, reviewing the log that you sent, we were able to isolate that your access has been blocked by Conditional Access policies which is why you are unable to add your account to Outlook. I would recommend that you reach out to your email server admin or IT department so they can check on your account and for further assistance on accessing it.

I can access Outlook via 365 on the browser but not through the app on my MBP. Any help would be appreciated. My admins are really providing no help.
