Exchange or Return ADC purchased laptop?

I just purchased a 2.66 umbp on May.25th but just received it last wednesday June. 3. I was wondering since it was purchased with a ADC discount, can I get it exchanged or returned for the new 2.8 umbp refresh?

I'm pretty sure the ADC site said that those purchases cannot be exchanged or returned.

But you can call and try.
