So I've had my macbook pro since July 12th and everything went great except for the past few days. I noticed really bad light bleeding:(. So since I have 2 days left on the return policy. What should I do? If I exchange my rMBP over the phone for a new one will I be completely stuck with thew new one regardless of problems? Or will I get another 14 days? What do you guys think I should do?

That doesn't look good at all - I'd exchange it. If you exchange it, you will get another 14 days, because legally it works like giving the old one back and buying a new one.

An exchange is basically a return and repurchase. You should get another 14 days as leman pointed out.
