okay so today i got an iphone 3g. I bought it used and the previous owner had it for 2 months (so its still under the apple care warranty). I was wondering if i could exchange it for a new/refurbished one in better condition in the apple store. If i could bs them and tell them it keeps on freezing or something.

any suggestions?

Okay, you get a cane and some dark glasses, walk in waving it around and go "I can't see my iPhone!!! I want a new one!!!"

And just see what happens. I'm sure they'll give you a new one

Tell them your iPhone can't multitask
Tell them your iPhone isn't pushing your IM's
Tell them your iPhone has no flash
Tell them your iPhone has only one working speaker
Tell them your iPhone isn't receiving MMS properly
Tell them your iPhone can't record video
Tell them your iPhone got wet and stopped working

I've read people getting their phones exchanged for all of the above here at Macrumors
