I bought the 16gig and I want to upgrade to the 32gig however when I ordered mine I ordered an engraved iPad, then cancelled, ordered again, but something got messed up and they sent the engraved one. Will Apple have any leeway with the exchange or will they just think I'm lying and trying just to upgrade?

"something got messed up" is a a very general and vague phrase...LOL. Mind sharing what exactly happened (if you know the specifics)?

If you can somehow manage to document that your order was canceled and stuff, and bring it to the Apple a store, a manager might be able to take a look at it and figure something out. But you'll want to have documented evidence that "something got messed up" and wasn't your fault.

My dad just clicked the wrong thing so that probably won't work. However there is, I believe, a speck of dust under my screen and small things like that bother me. They'll exchange that correct?
