Exchange problems

Since getting snow leopard I have been trying to set up my work exchange account in Mail. I have this account set up on my iPhone and it is working fine, but I can't get it to work in Mail using either the 'Exchange 2007' or 'Exchange IMAP' settings. Why does it work on my iPhone but not on Mail? Does it have something to do with activesync?

Please help!
