Exchange push to iOS5

Ever since iOS 5 came out it seems that MS exchange push does work as it used to! for example, in earlier OS versions, when you delete a message on the iphone, it will delete (shortly after) in outlook and vice versa.
In iOS 5 it seems that it will do it only after the next push meaning it will update the iPhone deleted messages (or any other updates) only after the next push.

Did any notice it?
