Exchange server + Outlook 2001

Ok. Here is the big one. I have been trying to setup Exchange server on a VPC machine. The reason that I need to do this is so that I can connect Outlook 2001 long enough to get screenshots on how to import a contact list for a client. I have tried everything and cannot get it to work. If anyone out there has done this and can help I would be very thankful. Anyone that has a setup like that already, and can take screenshots for me of importing a contact list for a Personal Address Book, I will be very thankful.
