I am having a rare and inconsistent issue with one of our end users. The setup consists of an iMac running 10.7.5 and Outlook 2011, an iPad, and an iPhone. When an Exchange email (not every email, only random ones it seems) is deleted with one of the mobile devices, it will correctly sync and delete on the other mobile device. It doesnt matter if its the iPad or the iPhone where the original deletion took place. However, sometimes an email will not be deleted in Outlook on the iMac or in OWA. We have tried deleting the Outlook account and starting fresh as well as removing the mobile devices from OWA and re-syncing them. Has anyone seen this? Im having trouble wrapping my head around it because since everything is on Exchange, it should all behave the same AFAIK. Any ideas would be appreciated.
