Exchange vs Cloud

Can I create a mailing list of about 70 emails in the cloud and send out mass emails to this "distribution list" like I can do in exchange?

Mailing lists have nothing to do with iCloud. Copy and paste the addresses in the "To:" field.

thanks for the try, I have a mailing list in exchange, it is named "mailing list" with one click I can load 70 emails into the BCC field.... not interested in copy/pasting 70 emails every time I need to send out a blast.... so my question was, can you create such an email list in the cloud email account... I send the same 70 people updating emails throughout the year....
