I pre-ordered my 16GB iPhone 4 phone online through AT&T and had it shipped to my door. I've decided I want to upgrade to the 32GB. My question is what should I do since no phones are currently available. When does the 30 day return period start... when I pre-ordered on the 15th or when it was shipped or delivered?
