I love the 5C but I was conservative with my choice of black and white and now playing with the others colors in my local Sprint store I really want the blue. Would it be possible to trade it in once it arrives for a blue one? Probably not right? Thanks!

I couldn't decide between pink and green.... had both boxes out (but not open) at the Verizon store. I left with green. Went back today (two days later) and exchanged for pink, I had 14 days to decide. Get what you want!

it is fair enough to change your mind after opening... but if you have already changed your mind prior to delivery then it seems fair to leave it sealed.

to be honest, I don't know whether apple will resell a sealed return as new ?

nope it is just the decent thing to do given that apple was not at fault... jeez

If it is anything like returning electronics to walmart, they will open it to make sure you are ok tripping them off. Not that hard to shrink wrap something.

Well I ordered it from my phone company Sprint. Would this have to go back to an Apple store or to Sprint? I'm pretty sure that I want the blue so as many of you have suggested there will be no real reason for me to open the phone up if my plan is to take it directly back and exchange it.
