Hey guys, so I'll be getting my iPhone 4 relatively soon. I'm not currently in the States, but I ordered one from apple.com and a friend is bringing it to me. My question is, if when I receive the phone (abroad) I see it has a defect (like a yellow screen, dead pixels, etc) . Will I be able to go to an apple store or call apple care and swap the phone even after one month of buying it? Isn't there like a 1 year limited warranty? I would hate to be stuck with a defective phone since I won't be going back to the States until late August...

Come on... I'm sure tons of you know how the return/exchange process works. Anyone care to help me out? Thanks :)
