Exchanging for different model at Apple Store?

I have a 16gb wifi iPad that I was wondering about exchanging for a higher capacity 4g model. I have the box,receipt,all that. Can this be done at an Apple store?

As long as you are in your return window it is no problem, I just exchanged my 32gb for a 64gb model, just paid the extra $100.

If you bought it directly from Apple, then take it to the Apple store, return it and purchase a new one. Thats the only way to "exchange" for a different one.
