iPhone 11 Pro Exchanging IPhone Upgrade color?

Hi I preordered an IPhone 11 pro max in space grey on the iPhone upgrade program because I have always done black or space grey.

But now I am really loving the midnight green color. Wanting to change the color. The space grey phone will deliver on Friday the 20th. I’m wondering do I have to return and close out the loan and open a new one or keep the loan and just do an exchange in store or order one and wait. Thanks.

I’m pretty certain regardless of if it is done in store or online, the phone you got gets returned, which closes out the loan, and you have to reapply for iUP which means you have to wait for the phone to come now that they’re back ordered.

I'm pretty sure it's what VertPin said. I wanted to switch touch switch to SG from MG, but I don't want them to do another credit pull. Just get a case.
