As a former iPod touch owner (I accidentally left mine in my jeans when they went through the wash) I am at odds and feel very inadequate because of my current misfortune. Due to this fact I thought I would share a few tidbits of information for you owners and wannabe owners:

The current (2nd) generation of iPod touch's have appeared in the U.S. Apple refurbished store. Here is the link for the 32 GB version:

It looks like it will be a hard find since they're currently out of stock. Be patient and maybe you'll get lucky. (I saw them in stock last night.) They also had the current 8 GB and 16 GB versions as well.

As for me, wanting a 64 GB version, I'm going to wait a couple weeks first. Here's why:

Question: As far as Apple releasing a 64 GB iPod touch goes, will it help if I whine uncontrollably? I mean, it worked when I was little.

For the 64GB iPod Touch, you might try going to 1 Infinite drive and go to the main door for Apple then get down on the ground and throw a temper tantrum, screaming and crying.

I'm so doing that!
