Exclude certain windows from Exposé?

Anybody else find it annoying that when using Exposé with iChat and Skype open it also puts the buddy window lists into Exposé mode?

I just want the buddy lists to stick on the side and not being affected when using Exposé. But i don't think it's possible.

Any idea?
