Excruciatingly slow back up

ugh. almost 6 at the office and have been waiting for iphone to back up before I active the 3gs. waaay over an hour already.

started the activation process but realized last sync was 3 days ago.

but I guess it doesn't matter since at&t activation is reported to take 2 days. say it ain't so.

My activation at the ATT store 1hr ago took about 1 minute.

Do you have ESPN scorecenter app? If you do, remove it and the backup will go much faster, its a known issue.

thanks for tip. unforch, i don't have that but maybe it's another app that's causing the crawl.

odd, sometimes it goes quickly - sometimes not so much.
