Excuse me Apple/AT&T, but WTF!? My eligibility date went up!

When I checked a few days ago my eligibility date was something like July 15 or something like that. Upset that I had to pay the $500, I decided to wait.

Then AT&T made their announcement. I go to store.apple.com to check my upgrade status and now my date is 5/10/2010...what the **** happened here? Did this happen to anyone else?

Should I call AT&T to see what hapened?

Well his secretary handles everything for him so I'll ask her to call tomorrow when I go to work.

I read that this happened to a couple more people today. Not sure what ever came of it.

I hope it gets sorted out. I got excited when I read I could get 32GB for $300. Hopefully I still can. I'll still pay the extra $200 if I have to, but it would be nice to keep that.
