Several times I have had to reboot my watch due to the exercise app being unable to start. Anyone else having this problem?

I have not seen that issue. I use the workouts app almost daily for the past several weeks and haven’t noticed that issue ( I used Nike run club prior to that, also with no issues requiring a reboot). I do restart my watch every Friday night though just as a precaution

That may be just it. You restart your watch every week which may mean you are not seeing the bug.

Definitely possible. I'd rather do a manual restart, every Friday night before bed, than heading out on a run in the cold, and having to mess around with my watch.

What's the behaviour you're seeing? On my S0, I find that the Workouts app seems quite prone to crashing when it has been used recently (but maybe not within the past 48 hours or so). On launching it looks as if the app has resumed, i.e. there's no app loading spinner shown, but the app is completely unresponsive.

For me, forcing the app to quit by holding the side button until the shutdown prompt comes up, then holding down the digital crown until the app exits out seems to sort things out - though its not an ideal situation given how long the workouts app takes to load from scratch on a S0.
