I see examples of this in my daily run and/or walk. Why is the sun of time spent in each heart rate zone not equal to the workout time? Any thoughts appreciated. Thank you. It doesn’t concern me at all, just interested.

From looking at the graph of your heart rate there are a number of areas where there is no reading being shown. That would account for the missing time in zones.

Try nipping your watch up a notch prior to excercise.
