exFAT and HFS+ partitions on a single drive

Hello!

How can I (if it's possible) partition my external drive to exFAT and HFS+ partitions? It's exFAT only at the moment with some files on it, but there's plenty of free space also, so I could use Time Machine, but it needs HFS+ to work and here's the point when I need your help.
