Any picture taken by my iPhone or iPad, screenshots, photos, etc, whenever I transfer them to my Mac mini through AirDrop, it shows my name and surname on the Get Info window (right click), followed by the name I assigned to my device.

I know how to change the name of each device, that’s not an issue. But I try to avoid my complete name being attached to each of my photos on the EXIF data, and I don’t know how to do it. I’ve tried changing the name of my iCloud account. I did that a month ago. No luck, it still shows my complete name on my pictures. Where does it collect my complete name from?? If anyone knows this I’d like to know it, thank you very much.

EDIT: I’m starting to suspect that the Get Info window on Finder (cmd I) is not showing EXIF data, but just data of the AirDrop transfer. That’s why it says “From: my name, my device”.

EDIT 2: I think I’ve managed to solve it, just changing my name on my card of the Contacts app. I guess that means that whenever I send a picture, the Cmd+I combination on macOS will show the name that this person has assigned me.

If mods want to delete this post, or transfer it to another sub forum, or merge it with a similar thread about Photos, feel free to do so. Otherwise it might be helpful if anyone else in the future is looking for an answer to this question.
