Exif Data Viewer

Does anyone know if you can get a programme just to view full exif data of photos? I know you can on iPhoto, but I rarely use it and don't want to keep having to import pictures just to see the exif data. I use Toy Viewer, which doesn't seem to display exif data, to view pictures.
