Yes, this has probably been asked before but i am horrible at searching, especially since i dont know what it is called in the english version of OS X.
Anyways, there is several ways of sorting files in a folder, i usually sort by Name or Date, there is 2 different kinds of sorting though, one where it just sort the files from A-Z, or Z-A, or newest - oldest, oldest - newerst, the other one is they can be sorted from newerst - oldest AND also grouped, when chosing this kind of sorting you get a "Today" group of files, "Yesterday", "Latest 7 days", "Latest 30 days" etc etc etc.
I like that kind of sorting but one thing that kinda annoyes me is that you get to see all of the files in the "Today" group, but the older groups is minimized to 1 row of files with a coverflow kind of horisontal scrolling to see more files (swipe left and right) but since i dont always use a trackpad its kinda hard to swipe.
On the top right side of the group there is an option to "Show all (n)" which expands the group and show all the files just like in the "Today" group.
I dont want to have expand it everytime i look into a folder, i want every group to be expanded by default. One way to do this is to view the files in list view but i prefer to view file in icon view.
Is there a way to do this?
(wow, this question became longer than expected, sorry
