I have a mid 2010 2.66 GHz MacBook Pro. How much time on a full charge should you expect to get out of the battery and Apple's out-of-the-box Energy Saver settings while surfing the web wirelessly?

It really depends on your screen brightness, WiFi, bluetooth, apps/widgets/processes running, whether the sites have Flash content, how many browser tabs you have open, etc. All these things can have a dramatic effect on your battery life from a charge.
