Expected changes for 2011 update

Does anyone have any educated guesses on the 2011 13in MBP update CPU wise and any guesses on when/if ever they will add a 1440x900 to the 13in Pro?

I'm currently debating on 13in Air higher end or 13in Pro with i7. I'd hate to get one and find that 6months later they will have a display bump. One year later I can deal with, 6 months would just annoy me.

No ideas about display, but the only CPU upgrades they can do to the i7 model is this one:

The screen on the Air is of lower quality than the Pro.
Not happening until a refresh.
