expected ship date

Hello everybody,
I bought an iMac (customized with wireless keyboard and mouse) and an iPod nano (with customized engraving) on October 26th on the Italian online Apple Store. The expected ship date was 1-3 business days for the iMac and 24 hours for the iPod. Well, to this date (Novermber 1st) nothing has been shipped yet. I assume they haven't even done the engraving on the iPod yet, as I noticed that on the website I'm still allowed to change the sentence to be engraved. Do you think this is normal?!

I purchased iMac 2.8 with 1Tb HD on the 25th.
Still not shipped... Boo-hoo!

Must.. Stop.. Checking.. My... Account Details...and get on with normal life until it arrives!

my order

I ordered a 24" iMac 2.4 GHz, 2GB RAM, 750GB HD, Wireless Mouse on the 29th of October, it shipped this morning (Nov 1). Probably won't get here until Monday though.
