Hi,

I decided to buy a Kingston SSDNow V+100 (SVP100S2/128G) for my MacBook Pro 13 (Mid 2010).

I kindly ask to everyone users who bought this SSD, if after some months, they have any problems with their Mac.

Before making the order, I look forward to your experiences with Kingston V+100.

Thanks a lot!!

I installed mine about a month ago, and haven't had any problems with it since. It's made a world of difference in terms of usability. Boot times are now about 11-12 seconds and all applications pretty much snap open in a second.

Only problem I've had is I can't enable noatime in terminal, which many people advise after installing an SSD on a Mac. I think it seems to be an issue with 10.6.6. I have done other things like disable sudden movement sensor, disable spotlight, and other things that have been advised to reduce the # of writes to the drive.
