Experience with Best Buy Trade In?

This is more of Selling Advice.
I'm looking to trade in my white Macbook and found that Best Buy offers the best value, based on their online form that I filled out. I'm hoping some of you have experience with the trade in experience that you can share with me. I generally think BB is a shady company that I wouldn't trust but I would love to be proven wrong since their trade in value is double what Apple's is offering.

I traded in several monitors and one 24 inch iMac. The process was painless and I received a gift card within 3 weeks.

I completely erased the hard drive using disk utility and one of the multi-pass options. I then reinstalled the original Tiger OS, boxed it up and took it to ups.

I would definitely do it again as they do offer the best trade in price (for a gift card).
