What I like:
New gestures, hot corners, air drop, disk encryption, wireless networking, VPN support
Problems:
1. Issues with Windows integration: I can't create a roaming user account, don't get an "other" option when logging into the network even though the machine is bound to AD.
2. Issues with MS Office 2011: Outlook is a real problem--folders containing mail will suddenly go blank and I can't click off (my mail basically vanishes, even though it is still there). I can't do server-side Exchange rules, and I can't paste excel cells into email messages (now this is surprising!).
Lion remembers the last document you were working on and always opens that document, so if it is password protected, you get prompted every time you open MS Word. You need to close out of the individual document and then the program--too many mouse clicks!

4. System stability problems: my machine suddenly wanted to install a blue tooth keyboard right in the middle of working, basically crashing the system. Had to turn off blue-tooth.
Hopefully, patches will correct some of these problems, which are obviously bugs.
