Explanation for blurry scroll bars found!

Some people get blurry scroll bars and some people don't because apparently the anti aliasing of some software's graphics are done by the graphics card, and some cards produce blurry anti aliasing and others do not. Check it out.

i find that just resizing it works for me. But thats a temporary solution. I'm counting the hours till 7.1.1...

True, but there's no way of fixing it when in full screen coverflow.
