Explicit Music not syncing to iPhone

Hi, I installed iOS 9 just a few minutes back and I realised that I can't sync any iTunes Music with the Explicit Tag on it.

There's no restrictions enabled on any device. Is this a bug and does anyone know of a solution?

UPDATE: Fixed it by turning restrictions on, selecting allow explicit music then turning it back off
