Export addressbook to MS Outlook 2000

Hi,

I have a user who has Macbook. He want to export addressbook to MS Outlook 2000 and group by group. I have tried to use "Export to CSV explorer","address exporter" and "use "Address book"'s export to mail archive and vCards file. These are not work !

Anybody can help to tell me how to do that !
