Export all iPhoto pictures but maintain directory structure?

I'm selling my MacBook Air and am going to a iPad2 as my only portable machine. The only desktop I have is a PC. I need to figure out a way to export my entire iPhoto library to an external drive so I can store it on my PC. I know where iPhoto stores the pictures, but I need them exported in a way that each event will be in its own folder. Is this possible? I have hundreds of events so doing it one at a time isn't really feasible.
