iPod touch Export contacts/bookmarks/iCal from iPod Touch

So, I just did a clean install of Leopard and don't feel like putting in the aforementioned info manually. Is there anyway to sync the iPod touch so that this information can be transferred to my Mac? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

When you open iTunes disable the automatic sync and check the settings for your sync, so you merge the data with your mac's data, or replace the mac data with the iPod's data.
