Export Final Cut Pro X to iPhone 3GS

I have a video that I edited using Final Cut Pro X (FCP X). I went to Share/Apple Devices and chose iPhone. The description says "iPhone 4", but I exported anyway.

The movie shows up in iTunes fine, but it will not sync to my iPhone 3GS. Are there any FCP X settings I can use that is playable on an iPhone 3GS?
