export issues w/ xha1 and final cut

I'm trying to export an HD video to put up on vimeo.

I used an XH A1 to film.

I imported my hdv tape as HDV Apple Intermediate Codec at 60i (The native res says that it is only 1440 x 1080 instead of 1920x1080

On Vimeo's site it says that HD clips must be compressed to 720x1280.

I keep trying to export like they say and my video keeps being stretched horizontally a bit.

Does anyone have any idea of what I'm doing wrong here w/ my export settings in Final Cut Express?
