After almost a year of working on my master's thesis, I export the finished thing today as a PDF. This is what I was greeted with, throughout the whole report:

Pages version -- everything perfectly aligned down to the last 0.01 mm:

After exporting to a PDF -- graphs offset, and tick-marks on graph axes unevenly spaced:

Not good enough, Apple. Accurately exporting as a PDF is absolute basic functionality.

Has anyone experienced problems like this with Pages, and does anyone have an suggestions for a fix?
