Export Quicktime to mpg-1?

Is there a software title, or a Quicktime component I can install that will allow me to export a Quicktime .mov to a mpg-1?

My current workflow goes like this:

1. Record DVD using Panasonic DVD recorder
2. Rip portions of DVD using Cinematize 2
3. Edit movie in Final Cut 5
4. Export uncompressed .mov
5. Compress using h.264

I would like to also take that uncompressed .mov and go to mpg.
