exporting 5.1 surround video

I have logic pro with compressor, so I can create an ac3 file.

Now I want to add a video to that audio....

How can I do that?
Is there a freeware solution?
Can compressor do that?

I have premiere but the surcode codec costs about 300$... so that is not an option.
