I've used expert settings and configured the file to be supported by the 5G iPod. Still I have to use the convert option in iTunes to get it onto my iPod.
I can't really see what the iTunes conversion changes to my videofile though, except from changing the ending from .mp4 to m4v. Well, it's actually increasing the bitrate when it's converting... . I've tried to change it to .m4v manually, but it doesn't help. It's really annoying to have to convert my video two times to get it on my iPod.

Here's images of the settings.

My original from iMovie:

After the conversion in iTunes:

Anyone know how do to this in one step directly from iMovie?
It's important that it is 640x480.
