Exporting Album Art with iTunes to PC from Mac

I've got a lot of time invested in adding album art to my MP3s on iTunes (I ripped my entire CD collection to MP3). My wife and I have about 200GB of ripped music on an external HD and she wants to be able to display the album art that I've got on her (PC) iTunes. I'm running a 1Ghz 15" PB with 6.0.5. She's running some 2Ghz Dell laptop. Is there a way to port all of the art from my Library to hers without manually lining up all of the art?

The album art is embedded in each individual song file.

In other words, the easiest way is to replace the copy of the song on her computer with a copy of the one on your computer -- using ethernet, or an iPod and iPodRip or whatnot....

How about...

if I dump my entire iTunes Library onto an external drive and she then uses that Library to populate her PC's iTunes?
