Exporting All Groups in Contacts on iCloud to On My Mac

Hi

All my contacts/groups were accidentally transferred to iCloud through my mistake.

How am I able to transfer everything back including the groups to "On My Mac" while removing iCloud from my contacts?

I was able to export my contacts, however I'm unsure how to export the groups too.
