Hello, noob here :D

Have recently crossed over I find myself looking to migrate over all old photos videos etc.

So far so good with that but now onto apps, books and music from my PC's iTunes and I really don't know where to start.

Are there any good sites, links etc that anyone here could point me to or even help?

Kindest regards!

iTunes migration is really easy. Assuming your library is consolidated (if not go to Advanced -> Consolidate Library from iTunes on the PC), copy the entire iTunes folder to your Mac using whichever method you prefer (network share, NAS drive, external HDD, whatever). Put the copy in your Music folder inside your home folder on the Mac. Then, open iTunes. It will automagically discover your PC iTunes library and update it for Mac use.

Thank you for this, I'll give it a try :)
