Exporting from Final Cut Pro

I have 2 hours of dv video. What format do I export it in to fit onto a single layer DVD? Please give a full explanation because I'm kind of new at this.

You need to export it in MPEG2 format at a bitrate of about 4000 kbps (4.0 Mbps). Use Compressor, which is included with Final Cut Pro. It includes presets for DVD.
